    Do I need to clear my loft before installation?

    Many homeowners qualify for fully funded loft insulation through ECO4 or the Great British Insulation Scheme. We check your eligibility during the free survey.

    What type of insulation do you use?

    We primarily use mineral wool rolls (glass or rock wool) laid to 270mm depth, which meets current Building Regulations. For hard-to-reach areas, we use blown-fibre insulation.

    Is loft insulation safe?

    Absolutely. Modern mineral wool insulation is non-combustible, non-toxic, and does not degrade over time. It carries a 25-year manufacturer warranty.
