What this website is for
This website exists to explain our services, share guidance on grants and funding, and make it simple to book a free home energy survey. Nothing on this site is a quote or a binding offer to install work. Quotes are issued in writing only after a free on-site or remote survey.
Accuracy of information
- We keep scheme and product details current to the best of our ability, but rules for grants such as ECO4, GBIS, BUS, and SEG can change without notice.
- Estimated savings shown anywhere on this site are illustrative and based on typical UK homes. Your actual savings depend on your property, usage, and tariff.
- We rely on information you give us at enquiry and survey stage. If that information is incorrect, our quote or eligibility assessment may change.
Bookings and cancellations
- Surveys are free and there is no obligation to proceed after a survey.
- You can cancel or reschedule a survey at any time by emailing info@omega-solutions.uk or calling 0800 229 4094.
- If you decide to proceed with work, the installation contract sets out your statutory 14-day cooling-off period and any agreed start date.
Our guarantees
Our 25-year product guarantee and 5-year installation guarantee are described on each service page and confirmed in the installation contract. They apply to work carried out by us at the address named in that contract.
Accreditation
Installations are carried out under our TrustMark, PAS2030, and MCS registrations. Where a scheme requires an independent retrofit coordinator or assessor, that role sits with a separately accredited person.
Acceptable use
- You agree not to use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the site's security or availability.
- You must not scrape, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.
- We may suspend access to the site for maintenance or if we suspect abuse.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and design on this site are owned by or licensed to OMEGA Energy Solutions. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, with the source clearly attributed.
