For solid-walled homes that have no cavity to fill. Our EWI wraps the whole house in 80mm of multifoil — more than 20 layers of reflective foil and foam — and then a waterproof cladding panel on top. The cladding itself is 100% watertight and adds another layer of insulation; you pick the look from a range of finishes — render, timber, stone. Cuts heat loss by 60–80% in most homes.

Do I need planning permission?
For most properties — no. For Article-4 areas, conservation areas, and listed buildings — yes. We draft and submit the application on your behalf and start once approval is on file.
Will my home look the same?
Better-finished, not different. Our designer matches the cladding to what your home already has — same colour, same profile, same shadow gaps. Visualisations sent for sign-off before anything is ordered.
Should I add insulation while I'm at it?
