Why not just go straight to a heat pump?

If your home is ready — good insulation, correctly sized radiators — we will absolutely recommend a heat pump. For some homes the fabric upgrade comes first and a boiler upgrade is the smart bridge.

Which brand of boiler is best?

We mainly fit Worcester-Bosch, Vaillant and Viessmann. All three are genuinely top-tier. Choice comes down to warranty terms, parts availability and smart thermostat compatibility.

Will I need a power flush?

On any system more than 10 years old, yes — a chemical flush plus a magnetic filter protects the new boiler. Both are included in our fixed quote, no add-ons.

Do you do emergency swaps?

We carry common parts on the van and can usually fit a new boiler within 3–5 working days. Truly emergency cases — no hot water in winter — get priority.
